June 2021

As per TRREB Market Watch Reports, in June 2021, number of home sales were up compared to June 2020, but were lower than May 2021 numbers.  This is expected and consistent with the normal seasonal trend.  The average selling price in June increased significantly compared to last June, but the increase was less than what we have seen in the last three months.

Sales to New Listings Ratio remain high in general, well above 60% mark, which indicates a seller’s market.  On the other hand, month-to-month average price increase over the last three months has been slowing gradually and can be a respite for buyers in the months to come.
