As the mother of an eight (going on eighteen) year old daughter, I learned that most problems life throw at us can be solved with an open mind.  I am always learning and exploring to quickly come up with clever solutions to any bumps we may come across on your real estate journey.

As a wife, mother, and a former IT project manager, I have had a lot of practice getting parties agree on points wildly different from their starting positions.  I will subtly argue for your best interest, without antagonizing other parties, and always leaving room for common ground.
